摘要
某车型后桥主减速器部分输出法兰在装车使用初期即发生断裂失效,用宏观和金相等方法对断口进行分析。结果表明,锻造裂纹是造成断裂的主要原因,而热处理工艺的不当导致裂纹扩展。提出相应的改制措施后,断裂得到有效控制。
The output flange is a main gear box part of some brand vehicle type rear axle of car. It is broken in the initial period of loading use. The failure analysis was carried out using macroscopic and microstructure method. The result show that the forging crack is the primary cause of creating failure, but un-appropriate heat treatment process causes the fracture growth. The break is controlled after process improving.
