套圈淬火工艺的改进

摘要 T8钢制套圈经双液淬火易出现淬裂和尺寸超差;改用20钢并经渗碳和内圆柱面中频感应加热、整体淬火,可以有效解决套圈淬裂和尺寸超差问题,同时保证内圆柱面具有较高的强度、硬度和耐磨性,完全能满足技术要求。 The quenching crack and dimension super-error of lantern ring made of T8 steel appear after double liquid quenching;using 20 steel instead of T8 steel, and first carburizing and middle frequency induction heating on inner surface of cylinder and then quenching may solve the problems such as quenching crack and dimension super-error, at the same time, the lantern ring has higher strength, higher hardness and higher wear resistance on inner surface of cylinder, which meet technical requirements.
