Study on Diels-Alder type adducts from stem barks of Morus yunanensis

摘要 目的:研究滇桑茎皮中的Diels-Alder加合物。方法:应用色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从滇桑茎皮95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:kuwanon G(1),sanggenol M(2),mulberrofuran J(3),guangsangon B(4),guangsangon L(5),kuwanon X(6),kuwanon P(7),mulberrofuran O(8),mulberrofuran Q(9)。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。抗炎活性筛选结果表明,化合物4,5显示出较好的抗炎活性。 Objective:To isolate and identify the Diels-Alder type adducts from stem barks of Morus yunanensis.Method:The compounds were isolated and purified by silicagel,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 colum chromatography.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Result:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as:kuwanon G(1),sanggenol M(2),mulberrofuran J(3),guangsangon B(4),resveratrol(5),kuwanon X(6),kuwanon P(7),mulberrofuran O(8),mulberrofuran Q(9).Conclu...
