摘要
目的:研究牛膝泛糖程度与5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)含量的关系。方法:采用HPLC测定,Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(12∶88),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长280 nm。结果:牛膝泛糖越严重,5-HMF含量越高。泛糖严重至黑色的牛膝中5-HMF的含量达到淡黄色正常牛膝含量的10倍。市售5个批次正常牛膝中5-HMF的质量分数为0.0162%~0.0332%。结论:牛膝中5-羟甲基糠醛含量显著增高是其泛糖的物质基础。
Objective:To study the relation between the content of 5-hydroxymethyl-furfural(5-HMF) and the degree of floating sugar in root of Achyranthes bidentata.Method:An HPLC method was applied with a Waters Symmetry C18 3.9 mm×150 mm(5 μm) column by using methanol-water(12:88) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1 and a UV detection of 280 nm.Result:Along with the degree s deepening of floating sugar,the content of 5-HMF varied with the different shades of the sample.The content was 10 times higher i...
