石菖蒲对血脑屏障超微结构及通透性的影响 被引量:58

摘要 目的:研究石菖蒲对大鼠血脑屏障超微结构及通透性的影响,证实其"醒脑开窍"之药理作用。方法:用电镜观察大鼠大脑皮层血脑屏障的超微结构在给药前后的变化,测定伊文思蓝(EB)的含量,并采用HPLC测定石菖蒲对中枢神经系统药苯妥英钠在脑内的蓄积程度的影响。结果:石菖蒲可以影响大鼠血脑屏障的超微结构,使内皮细胞之间的紧密连接松弛;同时,增加伊文思蓝透过血脑屏障的含量,促进中枢神经系统药苯妥英钠在脑内的蓄积,即增加血脑屏障的通透性。结论:说明石菖蒲能够提高血脑屏障通透性,具有醒脑开窍的药理作用。 Objective:To explore the influence of Acorus tatarinowii schott on ultrastructure and permeability of BBB.Method:The ultrastructure and permeability of BBB on rats with A.tatarinowii by electron microscope were observed.The even′s blue(EB) and sodium phenytoin in brain was determined by UV and HPLC-MS.Result:After give A.tatarinowii,tight junctions of the endothelial cell opened in cotex,and the concentration of EB and sodium phenytoin in brain are significant increased.Conclusion:A.tatarinowii can increase...
