小花远志的化学成分研究

Chemical constituents from Polygala telephioides

目的:对小花远志Polygala telephioides全草的化学成分进行研究。方法:通过大孔树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Chromatorex ODS柱色谱法进行分离精制,根据各种波谱数据和理化方法鉴定其结构。结果:从小花远志全草中得到4个化合物,分别为telephioseD(1),telephioseG(2),异芒果素(3)和quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)。结论:化合物2,4为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2为新化合物。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Polygala telephioides.Method:The compounds were isolated and purified on macroporous resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,Chromatorex ODS column chromatograph and the structures were determined based on the spectral and chemical evidences.Result:Four compounds were obtained and characterized as telephiose G,telephiose D,isomangiferin,quescetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 2-4 were obtained from this plant for the first time and the comp...
