中药药性理论中“有毒无毒”涵义辨析及其研究思路探讨

中药药性中"毒"的涵义有狭义、广义之分。狭义的"毒"即指药物可以对人体造成伤害的性质。广义的"毒"主要有两种涵义,包括药物的总称和药物的偏性。欲全面揭示中药药性理论中"有毒无毒"的科学内涵,应在中医辨证论治思想指导下,开展中药毒性与机体状态相关性研究,并在系统论和信息学指导下,进行中药毒性信息的综合挖掘研究。
