综述离子敏感型即型凝胶的研究进展,包括其制剂特点、所用高分子辅料、制备工艺以及在眼部、鼻腔、口服等给药途径方面的应用情况。即型凝胶的溶液-凝胶转变性质,使其具有制备简单、使用方便、与用药部位尤其是粘膜组织亲和力强、滞留时间长等优点。重点综述离子敏感型即型凝胶的研究进展,对其制剂特点、所用高分子辅料、制备工艺以及在眼部、鼻腔、口服等给药途径方面的应用情况,并对该剂型目前存在的问题及其在中药中的应用做了展望。
