摘要
目的:采用超临界流体萃取法,探讨荭叶心通软胶囊中川芎提取工艺的合理性。方法:以藁苯内酯转移率和得油率为指标,用正交试验优化超临界流体萃取川芎的工艺条件。并以川芎超临界流体萃取物和传统蒸馏法提取物分别组成的复方进行大鼠冠脉结扎所致心肌缺血试验比较。结果:超临界流体萃取川芎的最佳工艺条件为萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间4 h;解析压力10 MPa、解析温度40℃。结论:超临界流体可有效萃取川芎中活性成分。
