摘要
目的:研究黔产吴茱萸的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从黔产吴茱萸中分离并鉴定了11个化合物,分别是吴茱萸次碱(1),去氢吴茱萸碱(2),柠檬苦素(3),吴茱萸果酰胺Ⅰ(4),吴茱萸卡品碱(s),胡萝卜苷(6),蒲公英萜酮(7),乌苏-14-烯-3-醇-1-酮(8),反式咖啡酸甲酯(9),对香豆酸甲酯(10),咖啡因(11)。结论:化合物7,8,10,11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the constituents of Evodia rutaecarpa.Method:The constituents were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and the structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and the spectral data analysis.
