中药科学研究的几个关键问题

当今中医药科技发展面临的机遇与挑战都是空前的。中药科学研究要想在可期待的时间里取得重大突破,有三大层面的基本问题必须得到首要解决:一是科学把握中药的基本概念和范畴,应注意"粗、大、黑"是中药,"半粗、半黑"也是中药,"不粗、不黑"还是中药。二是应科学制订中药科学研究的基本导向和策略,应"有可为,有不可为"、"有所为,有所不为"、"要创新,更要规范"。三是应科学制订国家中医药科技发展"线路图",中药有效性评价与再提高、中药安全性评价与合理用药、中药药效物质筛选与辨识、中药质量控制与评价技术、中药资源的可持续利用与保护、中药药性理论的现代科学表征与应用等可作为今后20年内我国中药研究的优先和重点发展领域。
