Studies on chemical constituents of roots of Linum usitatissimum

目的:研究亚麻根Linum usitatissimum的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为香草酸(vanillic acid,1),丁香酸(syringic acid,2),黄嘌呤(xan-thine,3),牡荆苷(vitexin,4),异香草醛(isovanillin,5),(E)-3,3′-二甲氧基-4,4′-二羟基-1,2-二苯乙烯[(E)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,4′-dihydroxystilbene,6],2-甲氧基对苯二酚-4-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(tachioside,7),β-谷甾醇和豆甾醇(8和9)混合物,盐酸小檗碱(berberine chloride,10)。结论:化合物1~3,5~7,10是首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Linum usitatissimum.Method:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data.Result:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as vanillic acid(1),syringic acid(2),xanthine(3),vitexin(4),isovanillin(5),(E)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,4′-dihydroxystilbene(6),tachioside(7),β-sitosterol and stigmasterol(8 and 9) mixture,berberine(10).Conclusion:Co...
