摘要
综述了近期国内部分地区儿童尿碘的含量,反映出部分地区儿童存在碘摄入不足和碘摄入过量的双重问题,应科学补碘,不能一刀切,既要坚定不移地为多数处于低碘区的人补碘,又要照顾高碘区等不适合补碘的少数人群。
The recent investigations on urine iodine of children in some areas of China was reviewed,which revealed that there are coexistence of Iodine deficiency and excess in most areas.The iodine supplement should be carried out scientifically,giving consideration to the people living in high iodine areas and low iodine areas.
