柔性管流体输送紊流减阻的力学特征 被引量:5

摘要 为阐明柔性管与紊流耦合的减阻力学特性,采用双重管结构对柔性管的减阻效果、使用压力传感器和应变仪对柔性管的管外壁位移脉动特性和壁压脉动特性进行了实验研究。结果表明:壁厚越小以及雷诺数越大,柔性管的减阻率越大,雷诺数约为18000时,厚为2 mm、3 mm及4 mm柔性管的减阻率分别12%、10%、9%;柔性管的壁压脉动强度大幅度受到抑制;柔性管外壁的位移脉动与壁压脉动基本同步。柔性管壁压脉动的大幅受抑可认为是柔性管减阻的主要原因。 In order to clarify the mechanical characteristics on friction reduction by coupling flexible tubes with turbulent flow,experimental investigation was performed on effects of turbulent drag reduction by using sleeve-structured flexible tubes.The speciality of pressure fluctuating on inner wall surface of the flexible tubes and the speciality of the displacement fluctuating on the external wall surface are studied,by using the strain gauge and pressure sensor.The results are as following.The thinner the flex...
