摘要
为了降低组合夹具的拼装难度、提高拼装效率,通过分析组合夹具结构是由不同核心组件重构结果的特征,提出将可重构原理引入组合夹具辅助拼装中,开发出了基于可重构核心组件元件库的组合夹具计算机辅助拼装系统。该系统将若干可独立完成各种功能的参数化(固定)的结构形式设为核心组件并构建了组合夹具元件库,提出一种典型路径的存储方法和结构设计组装模块工作流程。组件选择及装配实例表明该系统能较好地完成组合夹具的拼装任务。
