Reconciliation in Conflicts:On Duality Communities in Cities——An Empirical Study on Zengbu Village, Dongguan City

以东莞市增埗村为例,对改革开放以来伴随工业化、都市化而产生的"二元社区"的形成与变迁进行了实证分析,认为外来工与本地人的关系由于前者对当地经济的巨大贡献,从开始的隔离渐变为融合,但也应清醒认识到二元社区不仅没有根本消除,反而在新的历史时期又产生了新的问题,这应引起社会的高度重视,以求得外来人口输入地的持续发展。

With Zengbu Village, Dongguan City as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the formation and development of the duality communities that came along with the industrialization and urbanization even since China began its policy of reform and opening-up.
