摘要
经济全球化的时代背景下,劳动关系具有国际化特征和复杂化特点,要求工会在贯彻落实工会维权观的同时,必须扩大维权视界,不断变革维权思路,创新维权机制,切实维护好广大劳动者切身利益与合法权益。
Under the globalization,labour relations are becoming more and more complicated and international.Trade unions must expand horizons of protecting labour rights,reform and innovate the ideas and mechanisms of protection so as to protect labor rights and interests effectively.
