摘要
综述了腰果的营养价值、保健功能和开发利用的研究进展,分析了腰果产业存在的问题和发展前景,并提出了针对性的对策,以促进腰果产业的健康快速发展。
In this paper,the cultivation,nutritional value and healthy function,exploitation and utilization of Cashew Nut were summarized,and existing problems in cashew nut industry as well as its developing prospect were discussed.Counter measures were put forward in order to promote a speedy and healthy development of cashewnut industry.
