基于危险程度分级的丙烯腈装置安全评价

Safety Assessment of Acrylonitrile Unit Based on Risk Gradation

采用化工厂危险程度分级评价方法,对丙烯腈装置开展安全评价。确定该装置生产、贮存过程中的物质指数并对该指数进行工艺、设备等系数修正后,得出丙烯腈装置的固有危险等级为二级,实际危险等级为中度。并根据修正系数提出了安全措施,对装置的安全运行具有一定的意义。

A Risk Gradation assessment is conducted for the Acrylonitrile Unit of Daqing Refining & Chemical Company,CNPC.In this mothed,a index is caculated for the chemicals in the process and storage system and amended by kinds of coefficient.The conclusion is that the intrinsic risk grade of the unit is levelⅡand the practical risk grade is medium level.Futhermore,the safety measures are put forward for the improvement.
