摘要
终端区已成为空中交通流量管理系统的瓶颈,它的容量评估直接关系到流量管理实施的有效性.将道路交通的跟驰理论和稳定性理论引入到空中交通系统容量分析中,首先建立了终端区交通跟驰模型,并对终端区系统进行了稳定性分析和参数分析;在此基础上提出了基于跟驰稳定的终端区容量评估方法,该方法充分考虑并量化了管制员和飞行员对终端区容量的影响,所评估出的容量既可以达到又能保证交通的安全稳定,更具有实际价值.
