摘要
建立了液固顶空气相色谱法测定双氢青蒿素中有机溶剂残留量。采用DB-5大口径毛细管柱,以正丙醇为内标进行定量。甲醇、乙醇的线性范围分别为3.2~317.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9996),3.5~348.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9995);回收率分别为104.8%,101.1%;最低检测限分别为0.08μg·g-1,0.18μg·g-1。本方法简单、准确、灵敏度及重现性好。
A solution-solid headspace gas chromatography for the determination of residual organic solvent in Dihydroartemisinin was established.A DB-5 wide bore capillary column was used with 1-propanol as internal standard.The linear range for methanol and ethanol was 3.2~317.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9996) and 3.5~348.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9995), respectively.The average recoveries of methanol and ethanol chloroform were 104.8% and 101.1%,respectively.The lowest test limits of methanol and ethanol chloroform were 0.08μg·g-1 and 0.18μg·g...
