摘要
采用化学衍生化和气相色谱-质谱分析技术,测定了鳀鱼肌肉、中华哲水蚤(饵料)的氨基酸组成.分析了鳀鱼消化、吸收过程中氨基酸组成的变化,进而了解生物对营养物质的吸收过程,为进一步确定海洋食物网中的能量流动提供了数据依据.
The contents of amino acids in the muscle of Engraulis japonicus and Calanus sinicus were determined by chemical derivatization method and GC-MS technique for analyzing the changes of Amino acids in the course of digestion and absorption.The absorption process of nutrient in animate being was revealed,which could provide reliable data for further determining the energy flow in marine food web.
