摘要
为检测抑菌效果,对6种细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)和生长量进行了测定。实验结果表明,油樟油的MIC在12.5~3.13μL/mL,MBC在25~3.13μL/mL,生长量在72h内细菌生长仍受到抑制。抑制大肠杆菌效果最强,抑制金黄色葡萄球菌效果最弱。
Inhibitive activity of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum oil was tested against 6 bacteria in terms of minimum inhibition concentration (MIC),minimum bacterium concentration (MBC) and growth. The results showed that the MICs were 12.5~3.13 μL/mL,that the MBCs were 25~3.13 μL/mLl,and that the growth was inhibited within 72 h. The oil had the strongest inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli but the weakest inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus in all the bacteria tested.
