摘要
目的探讨结肠癌并发急性结肠梗阻病例的外科处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院自2000年至2007年收治的76例结肠癌并急性结肠梗阻病例资料。结果76例患者均经手术治疗,术后71例痊愈出院,5例死亡,出现并发症13例。结论结肠癌并急性结肠梗阻的处理要根据病人的全身情况和肿瘤的局部情况,合理选择外科治疗。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic method of surgical management of acute colon obstruction caused by colonic carcinoma.Method 76 patients in our hospital from 2000 to 2007 with acute colon obstruction caused by colonic carcinoma were analyzed retropectivly in the clinical date.Results Every one of 76 patients underwent operation,71 patients were healed,5 cases were dead and complications occured in 13 cases.Conclusion Surgical treatment of acute colon obstruction causd by colonic carcinoma depends on...
