Panxi-Liupanshui area in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is a“goldentriangle”with abundant resources.Giving first priority to transportation and quicken-ing the development of resources is of great significance towards the strengthening ofthe 21se century.But the ecological environment needs to be protected badly since itis worsening.
