高职教育培养的是兴趣广泛、人格完整、头脑健全、身心健康具有思辨能力的高技能人才。"高等数学"是高职教育的重要组成部分,基础教育阶段的应试教育使大多数高职学生形成了数学学习上习得性无助,因此提高高等数学教学水平,还应当从学习的源头———学生学习数学的兴趣抓起。用数学美来唤起学生学习数学的兴趣是一条有效的途径。
