摘要
本伺服控制系统采用Rockwell公司的Controllogix5550型PLC控制器,通过伺服驱动器控制伺服电机的运转,进而控制实验平台的运动。通过图像识别技术实时采集平台运动信息,通过OPC建立VC开发环境与PLC之间的通讯,构成闭环控制系统,完成对实验平台位置和运动速度的实时精确控制。通过本伺服系统可以使学生了解现代伺服控制系统的构成与应用,在实验室建设与教学方面具有很大的意义。主要讨论基于图像识别与OPC通讯的伺服控制系统的构建,并给出一个球体运动定点控制的实例具体说明本系统的实验意义。
