HPLC法测定双黄消炎片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination the Content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Shuanghuangxiaoyan Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立双黄消炎片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定HPLC方法;方法:Diomansil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈: 0.1%磷酸溶液(50:50)(每100 ml加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g)为流动相,检测波长265nm;流速1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围1.0～76.6μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9)线性关系良好,平均回收率为102.4%,RSD为1.0%(n=6)。结论:方法简便快捷,可用于双黄消炎片的质量控制。

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shuanghuangxiaoyan tablets.Method:The Diamonsil C_(18) column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1%phosphoric acid solution(50:50),the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^(-1),the detection wavelength was 265nm.Result:The standard curve of berberine hydrochloride was linear in the rang of 1.0-76.6μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 102.4%with RSD 1.0%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is sim...
