摘要
采用PCR-RFLP技术,对120只海门山羊生长分化因子9(GDF9)基因的G8位点进行限制性片段长度多态性分析(RFLP),探寻与产羔数相关的遗传标记。结果表明:PCR扩增产物均被切成2个片段,表现出1种基因型,无多态性现象,推测GDF9基因对海门山羊的繁殖性能无显著影响。
The PCR-RFLP of growth differentiation factor 9 gene(GDF9) G8 sites was conducted in 120 Haimen goats in this study,to explore the genetic markers which associated with litter size.The PCR products were cut into two segments,for one kind of genotype and no polymorphism was found.It supposed that GDF9 gene on Haimen goats had no noticeable impact on reproductive performance.
