籼型杂交水稻黑条矮缩病抗性配合力分析

Analysis on the combining ability of resistance to rice black-streaked dwarf viral disease (RBSDV) in indica hybrid rice

以6个不育系与18个恢复系配制108个杂交籼稻组合,进行水稻黑条矮缩病抗性的杂种优势、配合力分析和遗传参数估计。结果表明:①93.5%的组合其发病率介于双亲之间,与双亲发病率的中亲值呈极显著相关;69.4%的组合其发病率呈显著或极显著的负向离中优势。②97S发病率的一般配合力和特殊配合力低,对黑条矮缩病抗性育种而言,是一个极有利用价值的两系不育系,而Ⅱ-32A则是相对较好的三系不育系;R533、R814、HR12、R13、R419等则是具有较好抗性育种利用价值的恢复系。③基因的加性效应对杂种抗病性的形成起主导作用,其中,母本的作用显著超过父本;黑条矮缩病抗性的狭义遗传力达到59.45%,是一个遗传力较高的性状。
