摘要
腹腔注射氢化可的松建立小鼠肾阳虚模型,类叶升麻苷[40、20 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)]连续灌胃14 d。测定阴茎勃起潜伏期、性器官脏器系数、精子数量,光学显微镜观察睾丸形态结构。研究管花肉苁蓉化学成分类叶升麻苷对肾阳虚小鼠的补肾壮阳作用。结果表明:与模型组比较,类叶升麻苷(40 mg·kg^(-1))可极显著缩短阴茎勃起潜伏期(P<0.01),增加精子数量(P<0.01),显著提高性器官脏器系数,改善睾丸形态结构。低剂量类叶升麻苷亦可缩短勃起潜伏期(P<0.01),增加精于数量(P<0.05),提高性器官脏器系数(P<0.05),改善睾丸形态结构。证明类叶升麻苷对肾阳虚小鼠具有补肾壮阳作用。
The mice model of Yang deficiency was induced by intragastric administration of hydrocortisone.Two dosage groups of acteoside[40,20 mg(kg·d)^(-1)]were intragastric administrated for 14 d.We determined the latent period of penis erection,the coefficient of sexual organs,the number of germ cells and pathology characteristics of testes to study the effects of acteoside,distilled from Cistanche tubulosa,on tonifying the kidney and Yang.Compared with the model group,acteoside(40mg·kg^(-1)) decreased the latent p...
