类叶升麻苷对肾阳虚小鼠补肾壮阳作用的研究

The effects of acteoside on nourishing kidney and strengthening Yang in Yang deficient mice

腹腔注射氢化可的松建立小鼠肾阳虚模型,类叶升麻苷[40、20 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)]连续灌胃14 d。测定阴茎勃起潜伏期、性器官脏器系数、精子数量,光学显微镜观察睾丸形态结构。研究管花肉苁蓉化学成分类叶升麻苷对肾阳虚小鼠的补肾壮阳作用。结果表明:与模型组比较,类叶升麻苷(40 mg·kg^(-1))可极显著缩短阴茎勃起潜伏期(P<0.01),增加精子数量(P<0.01),显著提高性器官脏器系数,改善睾丸形态结构。低剂量类叶升麻苷亦可缩短勃起潜伏期(P<0.01),增加精于数量(P<0.05),提高性器官脏器系数(P<0.05),改善睾丸形态结构。证明类叶升麻苷对肾阳虚小鼠具有补肾壮阳作用。
