脂联素基因对京海黄鸡体重及屠体性状的遗传效应 被引量:14

Single nucleotide polymorphism analysis in Jinghai yellow chicken adiponectin gene and its association with slaughter traits

摘要 以京海黄鸡为研究对象,探讨脂联素基因第1内含子1个突变的多样性,并研究该突变位点对鸡活重、半净膛率、腹脂重、腹脂率、胸肌重和腿肌重的遗传效应。结果表明:该基因1251处发生了C→T突变,PCR扩增产物SSCP后出现3种基因型(AA、AB、BB)。这3种基因型间半净膛率、胸肌重和腿肌重差异不显著,3种基因型个体均值较接近。该位点的3种基因型对公鸡的活重有显著效应,BB基因型个体的16周龄活重达(1755.14±223.85)g。就腹脂重而言,公鸡AA和AB型与BB型差异极显著,但母鸡3种基因型间差异不显著。公、母鸡AA和AB型腹脂重均值较接近,差异不显著。AA、AB和BB型腹脂重的变化趋势由低到高依次为AA、AB、BB型。公、母鸡的BB型个体腹脂率最高,分别为(2.20±1.18)%和(2.95±0.78)%,极显著高于AA和AB型个体,而AA和AB型个体均值却较接近。提示该基因可能是调控脂肪性状的主效基因或与主效基因连锁。 In this study,one SNP of chicken Adipo gene was choosen to analysis genetic diversity and their association with live weight,percentage of semi-eviscerated,abdominal fat weight,abdominal fat ratio,breast meat weight,and thigh weight in Jinghai yellow chicken.Results showed that a C→T mutation was observed in 1251 site.They were three genotypes(AA,AB,BB) through SSCP method.No significant differences were found between genotype and percentage of semi-eviscerated,breast meat weight,and thigh weight in chicken...
