摘要
采用水培实验,按照不同渗透势(-0.5、-0.6、-0.7、-0.8 MPa),分别用NaCl和PEG(聚乙二醇)配置的等渗溶液处理不同品种玉米幼苗,并在胁迫24、48和72 h后时测定叶片中游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量。结果表明:等渗的NaCl和PEG胁迫及非等渗条件下2种供试品种玉米叶片的游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均有所差异。抗盐品种(登海11)玉米叶片中游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量在PEG造成的渗透势胁迫下要高于NaCl造成的等渗胁迫;常规品种(苏玉16)与此相反,等渗条件下NaCl胁迫的玉米叶片中游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量比PEG胁迫下更高。表明,由盐所造成的渗透势的降低和PEG所造成的渗透势的降低对体内代谢的影响是有所区别的,且不同基因型品种在受渗透势胁迫时的表现也有所差异。
The changes of free proline and soluble sugar in maize leaves caused by isosmotic NaCl and PEG were explored after 24,48,72 hours of different osmotic potential treatments(-0.5,-0.6,-0.7,-0.8MPa).The results indicated that not only under the anisotonic conditions but also under the isotonic conditions,the contents of free proline and soluble sugar in leaves of two maize varieties were different.Salt-resistant maize(Denghai 11) had higher contents of free ploline and soluble sugar in leaves under PEG stress ...
