摘要
通过对郑州市周边30多家涂装企业的调查,了解到涂装生产中主要的能源形式包括电能、煤(煤制蒸汽)、石油燃料,应用的比例大约为10:1:0.4。指出涂装工业节能设计应包括原料设计、工艺设计、设备设计以及余热利用设计等。对装机功率较大的烘干、固化箱做了更为详尽的探讨,提出节能烘箱和经济运行烘箱所采用的能源形式和合理结构,分析了生物燃料的优点特点和在涂装行业应用的可行性。
A survey in factories around the capital of Henan province discovered that the main energy sources in coating industry are electricity, coal (and steam made by coal), petroleum etc., the proportion is about 10:1:0.4.
