摘要
研究了微观组织对球墨铸铁拉伸应力-应变的影响。球墨铸铁的真实应力-真实应变关系符合指数函数变化规律:σt=K.εnt,其应变硬化指数n随铁素体量增加有提高的趋势,但球化率对其影响不显著;材料常数K随球化率的增加而增大,随铁素体含量的提高而降低。另外,铁素体球墨铸铁的断裂吸收比能高于珠光体和混合基体球墨铸铁,并且,随着球化率的升高呈直线增加。
The influence of metallurgical structures on stress-strain relationship of ductile cast iron has been studied under the condition of uni-tension.The results showed that the realstress-strain relationship of ductile cast iron agreed with the exponential function σt=K·εtn.The strain hardening expoent n increases with the content of ferrite.But the influence of nodularity of graphite on the strain hardening exponent is not remarkable.The constant K of materials grows with the nodularity of graphite and decreas...
