摘要
采用CREM铸造工艺制备4045铝合金铸锭,在10Hz~50Hz范围内调整交变电流的频率,间隔为5Hz,通过光学显微镜观察电磁场频率对4045铝合金微观组织的影响。结果表明,电磁场频率对晶粒的细化有重要影响,在电磁场作用下,晶粒发生细化,晶粒尺寸趋向均匀,但是在不同电磁场频率的条件下得到了不同的细化组织,只有适当的电磁场频率才能得到最佳的细化效果,当频率为20Hz时,合金铸锭的微观组织为最佳,等轴晶数目最多,晶粒尺寸和分布均匀。
