摘要
立式磨是火力发电厂研磨煤的关键设备,由于磨煤辊在服役过程中易磨损,消耗量大,因而,提高磨煤辊的使用寿命,成为火力发电厂迫切需要解决的一个难题。本文分析了磨煤辊磨损的机理,提出了采用新型明弧自保护堆焊技术,修复再制造磨煤辊。实践表明,经修复的磨煤辊抗磨损性能优异,与铸造新磨煤辊相比,使用寿命提高了2倍。
