摘要
企业社会责任是指企业除了要对股东负责外,还要承担对其他利益相关者的责任。在经济全球化进程日益加快的新型经济环境下,深化企业社会责任成为提升企业竞争力的一个重要途径。因此,中国企业应该学会如何通过履行社会责任形成自身的竞争力,以更好地参与全球市场竞争。
Corporate social responsibility means that enterprises have to be responsible not only for their shareholders,but also for stakeholders.Under the new-type economic environment which the economic globalization progress is getting faster,corpo-ration social responsibility has become an important way to strengthen enterprises competitiveness.Chinese enterprises should study how to form competitiveness through carrying out the social responsibilities to compete more effectively on global mar-kets.
