介绍血管性痴呆的定义及多种类型下的病因,阐述了由皮质下缺血性小血管病变引起的发病机制及由多发性腔隙性梗死或大面积脑梗死引起的病理改变、血管性痴呆继发的神经症状及精神症状、CT与MRI检查,总结了我国的血管性痴呆诊断与鉴别诊断以及治疗的进展。
