摘要
通过计算分析刨花板对20~100keV的X射线的质量衰减系数得出,用X射线吸收法检测密度在0.4~0.9g/cm3之间、长宽尺寸为50mm×50mm的人造板试件的剖面密度时,射线能量在20~50keV之间时可获得最佳的检测灵敏度;含水率和树种这两个因素对质量衰减系数影响极显著;当射线能量在20~40keV之间时,施胶量的影响由极显著变为显著,当射线能量达到50keV时,施胶量的影响已不显著。
The mass attenuation coefficients of particleboards were analysed when they were penetrated by x-rays of 20~100keV using x-ray absorptiometry,if x-ray among 20~50keV was used in measuring the vertical density profile of wood-based panel samples,whose density was among 0.4~0.9g/cm3 and dimension was 50mm×50mm,the best sensitivity would be got,and the effect of the two factors-moisture content and wood species of the panel on the mass attenuation coefficient were both extremely significant;if x-ray among 20~4...
