摘要
对竹材加工产业中较为重要的裂竹工序进行了研究,将竹材视为一个有一定壁厚的圆筒,由此建立了竹材内外径、竹条尺寸与刀盘上刀片数目三者之间的数学关系,并依此推导出相应优化裂竹的计算公式并编程验证了该公式。
The split bamboo process which is more important in the bamboo processing industry was studied in this paper.Bamboo is abstracted into a certain thickness of the cylinder,which established the mathematical model among the outer diameter of bamboo,the inner diameter of bamboo,bamboo strip size and number of blades on the cutterhead.Then the optimization formula was derived from the mathematical model for calculating the split bamboo and through programming verification the formula.
