摘要
大连是淡水资源相对短缺的沿海城市,水资源已经成为妨碍大连市经济可持续发展的因素。本文在分析大连市水资源与经济系统现状的基础上,将模糊优选神经网络BP模型运用于大连市水资源、经济与环境协调可持续发展的研究中,得到大连地区2010年经济发展的满意决策方案。模型理论严谨,解法简便,适用于人机对话式的动态决策。
