摘要
鹿茸加工是鹿产品加工中也是养鹿生产中的重要环节。加工的好坏直接关系到产品质量和经济效益。依据设备条件与技术水平不同,每种加工方法的技术环节、工艺流程又有很大差异。尤其近十几年,涌现出不少鹿茸加工新技术,如微波能与远红外线综合加工方法、双电子自动控制远红外线烘干箱加工鹿茸方法、低温真空冷冻加工方法,以及由内蒙古大圣生物技术有限责任公司研发的低温超声裂解提取鹿茸素方法。这些方法使鹿茸加工由手工操作逐渐向机械化现代化过渡,加工质量也有所改进和提高。
