摘要
为了较好地解决矿井内孤岛煤柱开采过程中高应力巷道的支护问题,保证采准巷道的有效断面和使用安全,探讨了预拉力锚杆支护的特性及支护原则,支护参数、施工工艺对巷道支护效果的影响,以及相关的配套监测系统,提出了采用高强预拉力锚梁网支护技术对巷道进行支护。结果表明:应用高强预拉力锚梁网支护技术后,巷道表面移近量在20天以后趋于稳定,顶板离层稳定在40 mm以内,两帮移近量保持在350 mm以内,底鼓量不超过300 mm,均达到技术要求。高强预拉力锚梁网支护技术能有效的对高应力巷道的顶帮进行管理,有助于提高支护效果和经济效益。
