摘要
目前由于粉煤灰活性较差,多用作惰性充填材料,为了提升粉煤灰活性,对其进行了添加碱性激发剂氢氧化钠和氧化钙后湿磨改性试验。试验结果表明,经过湿磨和复合改性后,大部分粉煤灰玻璃微珠被破坏,部分硅氧键断裂,聚合度降低,提高了粉煤灰的活性,且改性后的粉煤灰试块3 d和28 d抗压强度均有大幅提高。
Due to the poor activity of fly ash,many fly ash are applied to be the inert filling material.In order to play the activity of the fly ash,alkaline booster NaOH and CaO were added to the fly ash.After the wet grinding,a modification test of the fly ash was conducted.The test results showed that after the modification,most glass micro balls of the fly ash were failed,partial silica chain were broken,the polymerization was decreased and the activity of the fly ash was improved.The compressive strengths of the...
