介入治疗下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的价值

The Application Value of the Interventional Treatment on Arterial Occlusions of Lower Extremity

目的探讨介入治疗下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的价值。方法采用经皮血管腔内成形术(PTA)和动脉内溶栓术治疗15例下肢动脉闭塞症患者,术后口服抗凝药物,观察临床效果。结果对15例下肢动脉闭塞性疾病采取介入治疗,均取得了满意的效果,缺血症状明显缓解,随访3～6个月,恢复良好。结论介入疗法是治疗下肢动脉闭塞的一种有效方法,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of the interventional treatment on arterial occlusions of lower extremity. Methods Fifteen patients with arterial occlusions of lower extremities were treated by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA)and thrombolysis of intraluminal urokinase infusion.All patients took anticoagulant and were followed-up three to six months after operaterion.
