基于灰色关联分析的孕产妇保健情况综合评价

A synthetic evaluation on the basis of grey relation on the health care situation of pregnant/lying-in women

目的为了实现两《纲要》提出的目标,做好孕产妇保健工作,降低孕产妇死亡率和围产儿死亡率。方法运用灰色关联分析法对我国1999—2006年的高危产妇比重、建卡率、系统管理率、产前检查率、产后访视率、住院分娩率、新法接生率等反映综合情况的指标进行综合评价。结果我国孕产妇保健情况最好的是2006年,最差的是2003年。总体呈平稳略有上升的趋势。结论灰色关联分析法评价孕产妇保健情况,对受多种因素影响的事物和现象从整体观念出发,不仅充分利用数据所提供的信息,而且计算比较简便,能精确反映各评价对象的差异。

Objective To achieve the goals of Two-Document′s main points, accomplish the service of pregnant women health care and reduce the mortality rate of pregnant/lying-in women and embryos in the perinatal period.
