高州市卫生人力资源现状调查与对策思考

An investigation of the health human resources in Gaozhou City

目的通过对高州市卫生人力资源现状的调查与分析,为政府职能部门制定人力资源发展政策以及医院进行人力资源管理提供依据。方法采用统一设计的《卫生人力基本信息调查表》进行全面调查,应用Excel软件的排序、分类汇总、筛选等功能,对人力资源基本资料的总量、性别、年龄、学历、职称构成以及区域分布进行挖掘、提取、重新整合统计,利用SPSS软件进行统计分析,获得高州市卫生人力资源的总体现状。结果高州市卫生人力资源存在总量上不足,总体素质不高,专业及区域分布不均衡等问题。结论制定卫生人力发展规划和激励政策,吸纳稳定发展卫生人员总体数量,提高整体素质,调整专业、区域分布,更加合理有效地利用卫生人力资源。
