摘要
目的:研究多足球囊法32P内放疗治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法:脑胶质瘤患者100例随机分为普通球囊法组(A组50例)和多足球囊法组(B组50例),肿瘤切除后行A、B两法32P内放疗。根据两组增强MRI病灶变化比较其近期疗效,统计两组治疗前及治疗后6、12个月时的Karnofsky评分,分析两组治疗后不良反应差异及对生存质量的影响。结果:治疗6、12个月时总有效率A组、B组分别为84.0%、68.0%和96.0%、89.8%,差异有统计学意义,P均<0.05;1、2、3年生存率A组分别为85.7%、65.3%和49.0%,B组分别为91.67%、81.3%和66.7%,生存率明显提高,差异有统计学意义,P均<0.05。Karnofsky评分,两组治疗后较治疗前均有好转,其中治疗6个月时差异有统计学意义,P均<0.05。结论:多足球囊法32P内放疗治疗脑胶质瘤,较普通球囊法32P内放疗,可明显提高疗效和生存质量。
OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of brain glioma by multi-foot of balloon 32P internal radiotherapy.METHODS: One hundred glioma patients were randomly divided into two groups: Group A(50 cases),ordinary balloon group;Group B(50 cases),multi-foot of balloon group.After the tumor resection,the two groups received the different 32P radiotherpaies meationd above.According to the enhanced MRI lesions comparing the recent changes,the effect were observed and compared between the two group...
