摘要
高加索三叶草和白三叶草在饲料牧草中占有重要地位。本实验以其茎和叶为外植体材料,比较不同外植体的再生能力,探讨不同激素组合对愈伤组织诱导、继代培养以及植株分化的影响。结果表明茎的再生能力比叶片强。高加索三叶草在MS+2,4-D0.25?/L+6BA0.5/L的培养基中愈伤组织诱导生长最好,愈伤组织在MS+2,4-D0.2/L+6BA1.0/L+2%蔗糖培养基上生长迅速,质地良好,在MS+2,4-D 0.25/L+6BA 1.0/L培养基上植株分化率达75%;白三叶草在MB+在MB+2,4-D2.0/L+6BA 0.75/L培养基上诱导出完整植株。
